My family & I used Top Taxi Norfolk today, from Cromer to Trimmingham on carnival day.. Cromer was packed but could not fault anything, it can't have been an easy day to get people about... Perfect customer service, punctual, spotlessly clean mini van and so friendly! I wouldn't use anyone else.. Totally recommend!!

I would highly recommend Laszlo and Top Taxi Norfolk. The service was fantastic from enquiry to journey, he arrived promptly, provided fantastic service and is a lovely man who genuinely cares about the satisfaction of his customers. I used Laszlo for the first time in December, with a group of friends, to take us to a restaurant. He turned up on time, both to take us and collect. His vehicle clean and he is very polite.

We used him for a second time to take us and friends from three different locations in North Norfolk, to Norwich Airport and collect us on our return. Again he turned up early to take us and collected us on time from the airport. A very helpful man whom I would recommend.

Whilst on a 5 day break we used Laszlo and his minibus on 3 different occasions. He was always on time and greeting us with a smile and waiting to drive us safely to our destination.

We booked the 8 seater to see Take That at Norwich and to return us home after the show.
Laszlo arrived promptly having called me an hour or so before to ask if we would like any drinks bought for the refrigerator as it was a hot day which was a lovely thought.
The 8 seater was immaculately clean with excellent air conditioning and we arrived in excellent time.
After the show we were picked up with no wait due to communication via text and once again we were looked after for the return journey.
All 6 of us who travelled were impressed with the professional, attentive service and we will certainly book again.
In short a reliable, personal service with a smile.
